Many consultants try to play a lead role and being in the spotlight. However – smart consultants practise rule #2: Make your customer shine.

Instead of appearing smarter – better – more important than your customer, ones focus should always be to make him / her look good. To help your customer to be considered brilliant. To support him / her in achieving the targets and be recognized for that.

Make your customer shine – and your customer will hire you again.
